Questo tour inizierà alle storiche Terme di Kallithea, famose per la loro acqua sorgiva, e proseguirà con un giro panoramico del porto di Mandraki, verso il punto più alto della città di Rodi - per fare una breve sosta fotografica con vista mozzafiato prima di continuare il nostro cammino verso ovest all'antica città di Kameiros. Case con atri, templi, altari e basi di statue sono solo alcuni dei resti di questa piccola "Pompei" di Rodi. Kameiros, insieme a Lindos e Ialyssos, fu la prima città dell'isola.

In seguito, il tour ci conduce al villaggio di Apollona, un piccolo villaggio di montagna nel cuore di Rodi, dove visiterete un negozio tradizionale per assaggiare un'acquavite locale chiamata "souma" e alcuni vini di produzione locale.

Poi avrete del tempo libero per pranzare in una taverna greca tradizionale, magari per assaggiare il "meze", prima di proseguire verso la montagna di Profitis Ilias per una pausa caffè e una sosta fotografica. Infine, farete una breve visita a uno dei monasteri di Fountoukli.

    Interesting tour with a great guide. Just about the right number of people on the tour. The lunch options was good value in a nice local taverna. Probably the only thing that could be improved is the last stop which was the Elafos Hotel. This didn't add anything to the tour.

    The guide was really good as was the meal. We enjoyed the trip. It would be good to include the price of the meal. We did think that the price of the trip was over priced given it only covered the coach and guide.

    The tour itself was okay and informative. We were told when booking we would be able to choose where we ate, not only were we unable to choose where but we were also told what we will be eating. We spent a lot longer on the coach than was sold to us at the time booking.

    Coach driver was excellent. The archaeologist site was expensive for what time we got to stay there & we felt our guide spent more time explaining to the French & other Europeans than she did talking to the English, she never came back to us to explain about the baths as she said she would.

    Tour guide focused on the French speakers leaving English speakers waiting for over 30 mins to find out what was going on at the 1st 2 stops. No agenda. Told to pay to get into venues without knowing price or what the venue was. Only 1 vegetarian option at lunch. Coach back south had limited legroom

    The guide was friendly and very informative. The trip could have explicitly said the prices for the stops and lunch as we thought this was included in the price. Considering they were not, this trip does err on the pricier side but it was a good trip to see more of Rhodes
