Cosa aspettarsi

Il bagno nelle acque vaporose della Laguna Blu è una delle esperienze 100% islandesi che definiscono una vacanza qui. In questa escursione serale, tutto è organizzato per voi, dal trasporto all'ingresso, quindi tutto ciò di cui avrete bisogno è il vostro costume da bagno e un paio d'ore per rilassarvi in alcuni dei dintorni più surreali dell'isola.

Arriverete alla Laguna Blu in prima serata, dove passerete dalla reception, ritirerete il vostro braccialetto elettronico e vi dirigerete direttamente verso le acque calde della laguna. Uscendo dall'aria gelida, ma immergendovi nell'acqua fumante a 37 gradi, vi dimenticherete presto di tutto questo nella nebbiosa penombra.

C'è un'area spa, una cascata per i massaggi, una sauna e un bar dove potrete prendere un bicchiere di bollicine da gustare nell'acqua blu lattiginosa. Avrete un paio d'ore per assorbire il tutto prima di cambiarvi e tornare a Reykjavik.

If you want to escape the city and see a bit more of Iceland, this trip is ideal. It introduces you to the country's south coast, where thundering waterfalls, snow-topped volcanoes and a stark coastline lie ready and waiting.You'll make a couple of stops at the area's biggest waterfalls, Seljalandsfoss and Skogafoss, where you'll have enough time to take some photos.
