Kenan was helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Nice sense of humor as well, my husband and I had a nice experience overall and felt we were able to squeeze a lot in one day, and Kenan was flexible enough to adapt to our wants and needs… It was amazing how he seems to know the Grand Bazaar like the palm of his hand! I wanted to see fabrics and he took me to three exquisite small stores, had tea with the owners, made me feel like a local, not a tourist. At Topkapi he knew so much about the architecture, the time frames, and very interesting anecdotes and folk legends… and hey I am an Art Historian! Recommend

Our guide Hikmet Köksal was just great. Not only that he can serve as an instructor for every history teacher, he is also super friendly, speaks perfect German and takes you to places in Istanbul that you would otherwise not see. The restaurants we went to together were also extremely good. If we should make it to Istanbul again, it would always be with Hikmet. So here you really do everything right when you let Hikmet show you the city.

Baris was an awesome guide to have while touring Istanbul. His knowledge of the city and its history went well beyond surface level, and we were able to have many interesting conversations where he answered all of our questions.
