Full description

Head out to sea and visit two of the most beautiful islands off the coast of the Yucatan Peninsula. Enjoy a 1-hour snorkel and see the vibrant underwater world of the reef.

Stop at Isla Contoy, a nature reserve known for its variety of tropical bird species. Wander the colorful streets of Isla Mujeres and see its world-famous beaches. After being picked up from your hotel, transfer to the jetty in Cancún, where you will board a comfortable speedboat to travel about 40 minutes to Isla Contoy. Your first stop is a guided 1-hour reef snorkel tour where you will enjoy spotting brightly colored corals and the plentiful tropical fish. Next, visit the protected nature reserve of Contoy Island which boasts an incredible population of bird species, and clear shallow water perfect for snorkeling, swimming, or just relaxing Caribbean-style.

After a delicious lunch on the beach, you will have some free time on the island before we leave for Isla Mujeres. Once at Isla Mujeres, enjoy one hour of free time on this charming Caribbean island to wander the colorful streets and see the postcard beaches. Then, take the boat back to the pier in Cancún and upon arrival on the mainland, you will be dropped back at your hotel.

We recommend! Punctual hotel pickup in the Riviera Maya. After a short photo stop in Cancún, there was a small breakfast and then we went by boat to Isla Contoy. Short, highly recommended hike on the island followed by lunch (fish, chicken, rice, ...). Delicious! Then some free time to relax on the beach before the guided snorkeling tour started. Were happy about the obligatory life jackets, since the current/waves were a bit stronger. Then we went on to Isla Mujeres, also here with enough free time. The guides Steffie and Tlal were great, had good information/tips and created a great atmosphere! 5/5 stars

By far our best experience and most beautiful day in Cancun! Diego and Jorge were 2 awesome guides. An average breakfast, but in a nice location. Direction Isla Contoy, the must-see of the excursion. Very nice to be able to enjoy this protected island, the meal cooked on site by the crew was delicious. On the other hand, Isla Mujeres is mass tourism, but the excursion provides 1 hour on the island which is more than enough. Atmosphere of the group on the boat: great. We recommend with eyes closed!

I absolutely recommend anyone to book this tour with this agency! It was the best day ever. Everything was perfect: from the hotel pickup, to the organization, to the fun and all the staff guys! Vasyl and Alana took care of my hotel pickup / drop-off, everything perfect! Very kind and helpful in everything! While in the tour itself, having been divided into groups also for the various languages, I spent the day with Katia, Stecchir, Perla, Levis capitan teacher! Fantastic all: music, fun, dancing, lots of laughs! All very engaging! As for the places: the starting point is beautiful, with a buffet breakfast on a beautiful beach, wonderful Isla Contoy, a little paradise to be enjoyed to the full. Snorkeling and finally Isla Mujeres, which I personally did not like, being too crowded and besieged by mass tourism, but perhaps coming from Isla Contoy the comparison was inevitable.
