We had booked the underground experience in addition to the Roman forum, Palatine hill and the Colosseum. We were notified a few days before that it wouldn’t be open and offered a place on an identical tour (excluding the underground) at a similar time. We were reimbursed the difference in cost approx 4-5 days after the tour that was offered to us. Found Crown office quite easily.

This was a fantastic way to see the city when we only had a day to get round everything. Klaus our tour guide was brilliant, so friendly and enthusiastic and knowledgable. The small group size was perfect and we felt so safe with our Guide, Klaus.

A very enjoyable day out.

Great tour undertaken by Magdelana who was a fantastic guide. She explained everything in great detail, was very professional & made the past come alive during the tour . I highly recommend.

Easy and simple. Wandered around Rome a lot. Used passports for the important places. Can definitely be recommended.
