It's a nice boat cruise on an offbeat path. I liked how I had not seen this part of Paris before. It's like a hidden gem. The seine cruises are a dime a dozen and this cruise differentiates itself. I read some of the other reviews and I didn't find the speaker annoying, nor did I find the seats uncomfortable. I agree that you could bring a snack and a drink. The weather I had was perfect +23 and sunny. Bring sunglasses and bring a jacket just in case. You go through 1.5km of underground cavern type area. Very cool. You see lots of different bridges too. As far as improvement on how to make this even better, I do agree with someone else's comment that the last 20minutes on the Seine seems too short. It would have been nicer if this cruise went up the river farther to the statue of liberty and turned around and came back to Orsay. (just because the Canal and Seine are two different worlds). They really complement each other. Do this if you've been to paris B4.

This was a fun tour! Simon our guide was excellent (watch out for the great impersonation of the French) and extremely personable. Great stories complemented by his own experiences brought it all to life. In the end we were having such a great time that we didn’t even notice that we had run over time by about 40 minutes and were sad to have reached the end. We always take walking tours wherever we go - this is a keeper.

Our driver, Jean Philippe, arrived at the designated time and asked us what we'd like to see. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the places we drove by. Also, we were able to stop for photos along the way. Paris traffic is crazy on a Saturday night, but he knew the best routes to take so we could see as much as possible during our tour. Communication with the tour company was excellent. We really enjoyed this tour!

We were unfortunately a little late to the excursion due to traffic. However our host/driver still came and found us and picked us up.
