What people are saying about Church of St. Adalbert
Cancelled on arrival - but fine piano replacement
The concert was cancelled when i arrived, despite I booked i like 2 hrs before start. I was offered to come back the next day or to listen to a fine young pianist playing Chopin. Although i've already had heard one Chopin piano concert it was a great experience.
6pm concert was cancelled and we were told to go to a different venue at 7.30pm. No reflection on the musicians though, the performance lasted for 50 mins and was an enjoyable take on film scores. Good way to spend an hour on a Saturday evening
So much fun and amazing way to see the city. We went in the dark and it made it really nice with all the Christmas lights. Our guide was called Viktor and he made alot of jokes and was so patient with teaching us all to ride the segway.
Alex was well informed and enthusiastic.
Our guide Alex is well informed and has good communication skills. We enjoyed the historical aspect of the tour and also appreciated her enthusiasm in telling us about other museums etc that we would enjoy.
Gabriela was our guide. We covered the points of interest in old Town and kaziemirz. It was nicely placed with a cafe break in the middle. She had interesting insights into Jewish culture and history.
