Important: Here you only book the admission ticket. Who expects a tour with a guide (although it is there) will be disappointed. There is also no hotel transfer, but this is not included in the offer. You can get there and back by taxi for little money. That shouldn't be a problem for anyone. The Hurghada Grand Aquarium can be compared to "Sea Life", that is, a lot of aquariums with different fish as well as turtles, rays and sharks, among which one could walk through. There is also a small zoo where some animals can be seen, such as. Crocodiles, flamingos, peacocks, snakes (which in our opinion unfortunately did not have a nice terrarium) as well as geckos, tortoises, a few monkeys and a few more. We were even allowed to hug and feed the last 3 mentioned. :) Despite the 2 negative points, we liked the whole thing and is highly recommended. There were no problems at the checkout when presenting the vouchers.

was a little unsure where it is, so I had to pay the taxi for 215 EGP, unfortunately I saw that from my hotel, the Grand Seas Resort Hostmark-to the aquarium only about 5/10 minutes. Footpath had to be mastered, well .... It was a shame the empty seahorse box, and I also think I heard something from a crab pool, 100 € extra, to be in the shark pool, I found it a little overpriced, but ok ..

Everything went great. The visit was an absolute highlight, especially for the kids, and 1-2 hours is the best time invested there. The driver was very nice and was able to tell us a lot about the country and the people. The return trip worked really well. A short call and 10 minutes later the driver was there. We recommend.
