We only booked the evening before at 6 p.m. and had a nice confirmation directly via the whatts app. The trip with Mr. thý was an incredibly impressive experience. We were picked up right on time at the hotel in the old town, and received totally nice. We got an incredible amount of information about Vietnam, the DMZ, people's attitudes and contexts in mega good English. The lunch was simply an incredibly great and delicious experience. the car and driver were well looked after, safe and very careful .... would book it again !! We were back at the hotel at 6.30pm.

Our Guide "Tom" was so cool, we learned do much about Vietnam. His English is very good and we couldn't imagine a better Guide for this Tour. We were only three people, so he has much time for our questions. The van arrived and drop us off in time. Tom bought us some Mango and Sandwiches as a snack between. The day was perfect and we would recommend the tour to everyone.
