Meet outside the Oslo Visitor Center at Jernbanetorget. Together with a local guide, take the metro to Frognerseteren station, and enjoy the scenic views along the way. Start the hike down part of King Olav’s trail and over the picturesque Fuglemyrene before reaching the top of Vettakollen mountain. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the Norwegian forest along the way. Hear the local birds singing and catch the distinctive scent of pine as you make your way along the trail.   Once you reach the peak of Vettakollen mountain, enjoy a fantastic panoramic view of the city of Oslo. Admire the beauty of Oslo fjord, and see the many small islands that are dotted along the coastline. After enjoying the breathtaking views, stroll back to the metro station and finish the excursion at the starting point at Jernbanetorget.
