Choose between a morning or afternoon class. After getting picked up, get transferred to a cooking house in Cam Thanh Village where your class will take place. Afterward, it’s time to get cooking. The menu for the class includes Beef Noodle Soup, Deep-fried spring roll, Hoi An Pancake ( Banh Xeo) with pork and prawns, Fresh spring roll without the rice paper Vegetarian option available on request

Our chef was great! We messed up our spring rolls but he re rolled them without any problems. They accommodated all food allergies and diets, including vegan. Pickup and dropoff went without a hitch. Definitely recommend for a no frills educational experience.
