Being stuck in a traffic jam 10 mins before the start of our scheduled Tour we gutted and called the phone number on the voucher. Sascha the Tour guide personally answerd the call, was extremely calm and reassured us he and the group would wait for us without problems. When we finally arrived 10 mins with delay he and the whole group of people were greeting us with a big smile and cheer, thanks to Sascha who entertained the group till our arrival. And then we all togehter went on the Tour. Sascha is not only a wonderful guide, full of knowledge, witty, interesting, but has also a good heart. As for the Tour, it was everything we have hoped for. Gave us tips and info what to do with the rest of the trip.

Sascha is a wonderful guide. He is entertaining and knowledgeable. Give us a wonderful tour around the cathedral and old town. Love the energy he has. Tells us the history of the area. Where to eat, etc. Even my 11 years old son finds him entertaining and engaging. He loves the walking tour. Highly recommended.

The tour guide was excellent. Informative and willing to answer questions. Exploring Köln on a bike is an unforgettable experience. Would gladly doubt again.
