My wife and I are very interested in alternative energy and both have a technical background in math and engineering and so touring this plant was quite enjoyable. However, for the average tourist a guide who conducts the tour might help make the experience more relevant and relatable. There are a lot of technical details presented with very long audio presentations. Make sure to walk out on the balcony and also go into the two side rooms that provide a view of the turbines. I wish we had taken a few minutes to walk around the outside. Be wary of very large tour groups suddenly arriving as that can ruin the experience.

A super interesting way to understand Iceland and part of its history better. The exhibits are well done and engaging, and the downloadable audio tour is a nice compliment. We enjoyed that part afterwards.

Very interesting and hopefully a look into the future. It fit pretty crowded when the tour bus arrived but they didn't stay long.

Welcoming staff. Very informative and interesting exhibition.
