    The downtown bus was great but the uptown bus wasn’t on cue when we passed specific sites. It would talk about them too early and when we reached them they were already talking about something else.

    With the New York Explorer pass, we selected the 7 most important sights. Then I started planning the days. I got to know the subway and bus transportation in New York and planned where and how to go. Now I’m nearing the end and enjoying it more and more.     Emily, our tour guide, was terrific. Great sense of humor and knew a lot about the Hells kitchen section of New York City. The places we stopped were places that we would not typically stop at, so we were delighted to be able to taste different types of foods.

    Other than a lot of Covid impacts to the individual attractions, this pass is a good value. It IS a bit confusing up front and some of the timed attractions did not allow you to book the times in advance. But overall, we had no issues... and the attractions were all familiar with the pass and accepted it without much issue. We were very satisfied with our choice of this as opposed to purchasing individual tickets.

very good pass to visit all the tourist destinations in NYC. Just upgrade the empire state building to 102nd floor.
