It was a very nice tour through the city and was flexible to our group’s pace. The guide was super friendly. My only suggestion would be to be more specific on the meeting location such as meet at the fountain in front of the — museum. The pin on the map was vague, so I messaged to be sure. They were quick to respond.

Our guide was Olga and she was phenomenal! She was incredibly knowledgeable and full of energy. She has a wonderful personality and her Enthusiasm really showed through. If she may have given this to her a 100 times or a 1000 times but she was incredibly enthusiastic and really made it a nice personal experience. Ours was an English tour but I understand that Olga It is also fluent in German and Russian and may be other languages. At the end of the tour we really hated to see her go. I wish we had not run out of things to learn about :)

It was a last minute decision to visit Heidelberg. I went on line to look for information, establish contact and book the tour. All done in one hour. Shortly after that, I received an email telling me that the time I have chosen clashed with the previous arrangement. I was given option in which very accommodating. Three hours went by in no time as historical interesting fact were given in an easy-to-digest way. Olga is friendly and patience with numerous question I raised. She is open for suggestion. Honest on her knowledge and understanding about the place. Worth the visit!
