Sean was a wonderful guide. I loved being out in the trees & seeing them up close. I enjoyed learning about the process from planting the trees though to the finished product. The tasting location in the trees was high enough to have gorgeous views of the mountains & the ocean. A wonderful experience!

The guide was very knowledgeable about cacao. I am very impressed with the fact that they use this man, named Dan, who not only wants to develop the cacao in Hawaii but also throughout the world. Also how they are enriching the soil in Maui that was depleted in nutrients from the growing of sugarcane.

The Cacao Farm is beautiful and I learned so much from the tour about how the trees are grown and harvested as well as, the process for making chocolate. It was really cool to sit in a tree house looking out onto the farm while tasting the chocolate. For anyone visiting Maui this is a must-do activity.
