Planning Your Visit

  • When should I go?

Depending on what you want to see, Hawaii is a top destination year round. If you’re looking for sunshine, visit from April to September. Rainy season from November to March coincides with whale watching season. This is a popular time of year to visit, as you are almost guaranteed to see whales.

  • What's the weather like?

Unsurprisingly, very warm - no wonder Hawaii is such a popular vacation destination! However, depending on the side of the island you are on, you will experience very different temperatures and weather. This unique terrain offers sunny beaches to the west, tropical showers to the north, and some freezing cold weather on the top of the craters such as Haleakala. Pack alternative clothing if you're going on an excursions.

  • How long should I stay?

Although in terms of land area it's one of the smallest US states, it's not necessarily easy to get around Hawaii in a small amount of time - there are quite a few islands with so much to see. If you'd like to get a lot out of your trip, plan two weeks and stay at least three days per island.

It was amazing!! We are at the tail end of the whale season so I cannot imaging what it would be like earlier. We saw whales at multiple spots and on our way back to the harbor came across a group of whales. The Captain cut off the engines and we just sat as the surfaced and then one of them swam up and right next to the boat! Simply amazing. The crew were great and the lunch and snacks, although just chips and salsa and sliders were perfect and easy to eat in the wind. Plenty of drinks too.

Had a magical time with these guys. My girlfriend is not much of an ocean girl but felt very safe and loved the experience as well- given the opportunity to travel to Hawaii again, we'll certainly book these guys! Mahalo for a wonderful time!

Sarah, our pilot was fantastic! She went over everything with us and we had a fantastic time! I highly recommend the 60 minute tour! The whole crew was wonderful! I will be recommending them to everyone I know coming to Oahu!

I took my three young sons 12,10,6 to Hawaii for the first time and this tour was a hit!! We loved it! Can’t wait to do the beach tour in a couple days. They loved the story’s of the narrator. Memories for a life time!

Great express snorkel! Crew was friendly and fun. Site was awesome with plenty of turtles some good fidh and a few sharks on the bottom. A bit pricey for an express but a great experience.
