Set off on an e-bike adventure in the iconic and beautiful Champagne region. With the e-bike, you will be able to go off the beaten track to explore some of the more remote locations in the region on the way to Hautvillers. Grab your bike and roadbook in Mareuil-sur-Ay at your leisure between 9 AM to 1 PM, and before you head off on your tour around Champagne you receive a briefing on how to use the e-bike and the itinerary for your ride. The roadbook is full of the local team's tips and anecdotes to ensure your ride will take you to the must-see spots in the area including historical sites, cute villages, and fantastic photo stops. As you will be on an e-bike you will discover some of the more remote locations and fully appreciate the difference in terrain as you cycle through Grand Cru and Premier Cru villages. Throughout your ride, you will enjoy incredible views of the UNESCO world heritage listed vines of Champagne and learn about the region and its famous produce from the roadbook. Along the way, you will also have the chance to taste a glass of Champagne, commented by a local guide that will introduce you to Champagne tasting. Discover the village of Hautvillers, the birthplace of Champagne, and visit the church where the famous monk Dom Pérignon is buried. Solve riddles and take on challenges from the roadbook to make your exploration of Hautvillers more fun and interactive. Finish your ride with a cycle down the Marne canal to make your way back to the Clos Corbier.
