It came into existence more than a thousand years ago in the Red River Delta. In its earliest days, water puppetry portrayed the daily life of villagers – in farming and fishing activities, children’s play and in romance. Today the performance also brings in ancient legends and myths.

Super nice traditional water puppet theater that lasts about 50 minutes. It's worth buying tickets in the front rows as the view of the action is much better, the show is accompanied by traditional live music, really an experience!

The show was fantastic however it was a bit disorganised to get the tickets. I was asked to pick them up hours before the show from a different location then they weren’t ready so I had to get them again minutes before the show started. The show itself was great but I would recommend just buying tickets at the door.

Great show, a must see event! Only caveat was it wasn’t clear where to pick up the tickets, as I went to the theatre and had to then go to the travel guide place to actually get my tickets. It was only by chance I was early and wanted to see how I access the tickets. Would be good to state the address of ticket collection when confirming the order.
