We had a really good experience overall. The transport (extra fee as stated) was prompt and convenient. Our guide, Hung, was excellent: organised and sociable; he always did his best to keep everyone happy and make sure things went smoothly. The service onboard was also very attentive. Food was plentiful and very varied, it really felt like a treat. The included kayaking was great fun and although there were other groups it did not feel busy. The cave was interesting and unexpected. too. We felt the room was not quite as nice or as large as shown. It was clean and bright, but the bed was hard and the boat engine was quite noisy through the night because our cabin was near the back of the boat. Still, for the price the overall experience was very good with a nice balance of organised activity and free time. It is almost worth it just for the food.

Would have been a 3 star rating if the crew and overall experience would have not been good. First of all, the boat from the pictures is not reflecting reality. Just set your expectations right. Also on the 2nd day you need to leave the room at 9:30, which is not so nice. But overall, totally loved it and it’s totally worth. Dong our guide was amazing.
