Both bus drivers were rude. The announcement is not to get up until the bus stops. We stuck to it because 1 person from our group has restricted mobility. The bus driver just kept driving even though we wanted to get off. His statement was that you should walk through the bus while driving. Completely incomprehensible and dangerous. The 2nd bus driver doesn't say hello or goodbye and drives off, although the group is still on the stairs (senior citizens). What a pity!

There are 3 lines, we had line A, we got some information on the first tour, luckily we went a second time and the bus driver had a lot more information about the sights and said something about them himself, he was happy at work, which was then also really fun, is recommended

The city tour was just the right thing for our first visit to Hamburg. We did the entire loop without getting out in between, and I think we were able to get a pretty good overview. The tour leads through the Speicherstadt, the Hafencity, past the exhibition center, along the Outer Alster and Inner Alster, through St. Pauli and back to the Landungsbrücken. It is peppered with a lot of information that comes off the tape and is very easy to understand. Additional information was provided by the bus driver. The journey was very entertaining and the hour and a half went by far too quickly. We had a wheelchair user with us. The buses are handicapped accessible. A ramp will be installed for entry and exit. Great!
