  • Antalya Waterfalls and Old City Tour

    1. Antalya Waterfalls and Old City Tour

Discover the most charming city in Turkey. Begin by stopping at the Duden Waterfalls, a very special location known to locals. The park around the waterfall is shady and cooling, almost like a tropical oasis with cascading waterfalls, loud birdsong and with a very special atmosphere and tranquility, that you will not find elsewhere in the town. After roughly 45 minutes relaxing in this environment, the tour will continue to the second location. Visit Kaleici Marina, also known as Old Antalya. A place that is filled with history and lovely buildings. See old houses built in the Ottoman style and from the park, enjoy terrific views of the water. See the old town’s harbor, Hadrian’s Gate, and many other interesting sights as well. Enjoy an hour on a short boat trip. After two hours wandering the city, follow your guide on to the final stop of the tour, at Duden Kiyi Selalesi. This spectacu...

We were picked up from our hotel on time, Mr Ahmet was knowledgeable and with a sense of humor tour guide. They took us to a gift shop, we had samples of the products and were not force to buy unlike some other tours we had experience. Lunch was great, the boat ride was very calming and relaxing, we saw 2 waterfalls and went to the high mountain on a cable car, overall the trip was good. It was a good experience being here in Antalya Turkey.

We would do the tour again anytime! We were picked up from our hotel on time, even though we had spontaneously booked the tour the day before! We had a great tour guide named Hussein, who was able to give us a lot of information about the sights, but we also had enough "free time" to explore the waterfalls on our own. After visiting the three different waterfalls and eating together, the tour ended after a 1 1/2 hour walk through the beautiful old town of Kaleiçi !! The tour goes exactly as described and I can totally recommend it!

The tour lasted a total of about 7 hours. It was 6 hours, but the tour guide took a lot of time for us and even speaks German (of course I only know this one and can't speak for everyone who offers the tour). First we were at a waterfall, then in a leather factory and then at the last two waterfalls. We had lunch right at the last waterfall. In the end we went through the old town, which I personally liked very much. Overall, the time went by very quickly and I would do the tour again anytime.

A really great tour guide who could jump back and forth perfectly in the languages. A clear group and a successful day. Unfortunately the cable car was down because of the wind, but we got our entrance fee back.
