We have already visited a lot of city tours at home and abroad: Berlin, Munich, Vienna, Hamburg, Barcelona, Paris, Rome, London, etc. Until today we have never had the impression of being "undesirable" there. The extreme unfriendliness made you feel annoying, even undesirable, in Dresden. The word service consists of two words, the content of which is not really understood by the staff in the city's sights. It is also strange how "equalization" is practiced under Corona conditions in Dresden: the daily opening times are shortened instead of being extended. After all, this has the advantage that they are bothered by significantly fewer tourists.

It was difficult for us to find the information desk to collect tickets. This was also due to the Christmas market. Obtaining tickets and admission to museums was easy. It would be great if the city traffic were included in the ticket.

The information counter to collect the Dresden City Card was within a small shopping mall right in front of the Frauenkirche Dresden. It may be missed due to the many restaurants alfresco there.

This welcome card is a good thing. Price performance is right.

Everything easy to get to and use, friendly staff on ship.
