Compelling, respectful, a must do before you go to the reflecting pool

This turned out to be one of the best activities of our vacation. W took our teenagers who were literally. Just babies when September 11, 2001 happened. The staff were very professional, knowledgeable, and caring in their presentation, this is sacred and somber. I highly recommend you come here and go through the process before you go down to Ground Zero and view the reflecting pools.

The tour was very emotional and informative.

The tour was great. We were a little late getting there, but they called us and gave us helpful directions and we made it on time. Getting that close to the actual pieces of the buildings and planes and getting to here the personal stories of some of the people just makes you look at the events of 911 differently. Well worth the money and I highly recommend it.

AMAZING. Do NOT be fooled by the space of this museum. It indeed is, the BIGGEST little museum. So much information. Engaging for all ages. Artifacts are all there! Actual glass, marble, etc. from the WTC. 12/10 experience!

Very emotional and educating experience, would recommend it to anyone.

Very impressed by content and format of workshop as well as by professionalism of staff. A must when you're in NYC. A very different experience from the media images we have become used to.

It was my mistake I thought this was the museum at ground zero

We had a hard time finding the place because we thought it was near ground zero! But it was an amazing place to see the up close and personal feeling that the photographer got!!
