Our tour guide Elisabeth was a very approachable, polite and attentive travel companion. The city tour was described very interestingly, and a short photo stop was also planned. We had explored a small part of the old town on foot with her. Afterwards we went to the jetty, where there was still some time for a currywurst at the snack bar. We took the boat to the Lindt Choco Museum. It was a 10 minute walk from the pier. At the museum we received audio guides, Elisabeth said goodbye but offered to take the bus back to the city with her. Normally it went back with the boat. She advertised another excursion for the following day, which we decided on immediately, since it was also to take place with Elisabeth's company. Elisabeth alone was a decision for us for the tour the next day. Because once Elisabeth, always Elisabeth ;-)

Truly enjoyed the tour our guide Elizabeth was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to make this tour a great experience. Well organised and time for the short cruise and the chocolate factory visit. Everything was enjoyable.
