I also considered a train tour, but I was physically worried about the short trip schedule because it was early in the morning and late at night, so it was the correct answer for a car. It was a family of four, including two elementary school students, with a driver in a seven-seater car, and the price was the same as for four train tours. Instead of going to Thermopylae, I went around three monasteries in Meteora. I'm glad I went. Thank you very much.

Wonderful day with amazinggg views! Our guide, Costas, communicated promptly and was very pleasant throughout. This tour was definitely worth paying a little extra, as we had the convenience of a private Mercedes van versus dealing with catching a public train. The drive each way is long, but totally worth it. You won’t be disappointed!

Great tour and value for money. Guide was full of knowledge and at the same time funny. At the nicest viewing point a bit of a rush but in total 5 stars. Also the extra kind and excellent driver Socrates needs to be mentioned! M.

Very nice tour where you could see the monasteries from different angles. Knowledgeable and very friendly guide.
