The tour was a really nice experience. Our guide was well prepared, nice and funny, extremely available to answer to any extra question. We have seen so many things in those three hours that I wonder how it is possible to do the same without a guide. I strongly recommend the tour.

    Enjoyable and interesting

Clara was a great guide, interesting and enthusiastic. The tour was great and the Generalife gardens were beautiful. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that when the tour is in 2 languages - English and Spanish - it's a little distracting and slows things down a bit.

Not what expected in the beginning but was satisfied by the service.

Make sure to print the directions for the meeting point and to be prepared to be in a bilingual group. When we arrived to Alhambra it was kind of hectic and there were groups everywhere and our tour guide was NOT wearing any distinguishable type of clothing or "blue jacket" as promised on the meeting point directions. Luckily, we were able to find our group after asking around but were somewhat flustered by the difficulty in finding our guide. During the tour, we were in a group of mostly spanish speaking individuals so the tour guide spent a considerable time speaking in spanish and would sometimes forget to explain things in english even though I had selected to have an english speaking tour guide for my parents. Some people in the group were visibly agitated by this and had to remind our guide to explain things in english - which was kind of unfortunate considering the amount of money and time we spent to get a guide and then found out tickets were only about 10 euros at the door.
