The rock tour was very nice, Gibraltar absolutely worth seeing. Both guides were good, very nice and tried hard. The bus was also on time. I don't want to miss the experience. However, the bus ride is a real torture and takes forever due to what feels like 20 individual hotel lobbies from Málaga. As a result, there was little time on the Rock in Gibraltar. It would have to be organized differently. The bus was also quite old and uncomfortable (it smelled bad and there was no way to charge cell phones, no water was distributed/sold, there was no toilet, the guide's explanations were hard to understand because of the bad sound, etc.). We have already done other comparable bus tours on the same holiday, which were much more comfortable. The minibus at the rock was then ok for the short trip. We were too lazy to organize the ride on Eugene Faust. Next time I would try it though (there seems to be a train from Malaga to La Linea and then a bus).

We travelled from Malaga to Gibraltar on this tour. The info regarding the pick up point is a little confusing so to clarify it’s the bus stops on the main road in front of the Caixa bank. The coach was well air conditioned (we went in August and it was very hot). As it mentioned in the blurb, after Malaga there are numerous pick ups en route and this makes the journey quite long, however our guide was lively and informative and spoke a variety of languages fluently. We arrived in Gibraltar at about 11am and we had free time for about 2 hours to explore the town. We then went on the rock tour which was excellent. The apes are entertaining, the caves magnificent. We then left at 3pm for the journey home. This was delayed at the border crossing for reasons out of the guide’s control. We arrived back in Malaga about 8pm. The best improvement is to reduce the number of pick up points as this was a big downside. Although it’s a long day, it was enjoyable overall. I would recommend it.

It was a long day but the pick up was on time and we got there and tour guide for rock was amazing. I would like to apologise to Annabel on behalf of our coach. She had a dreadful experience with a man who was complaining about it not being 12 hours initially and then complaining about the coach driver. You could see she was rattled and he was properly in her face and she held her nerve and made the trip enjoyable for all of us but it was sad that this mad did this as it did ruin the day for many of us to see it. The trip was never going to be 12 hours and you should expect this to be a guide and he was not nice at all. She was professional and calm and a credit to you.
