Beginning from Kathmandu, make your way to the Annapurna Sanctuary where your 14-day trek will commence. Throughout your trek there will be a leader, an assistant leader, and porters for carrying luggage. 2. From Kathmandu: 13-Day Annapurna Base Camp Trek

Day 1: Upon arrival at Kathmandu Airport, meet your tour representative and transfer to your hotel in the city. After you are checked-in, receive a briefing on the itinerary for your trek. Relax and spend the night at the hotel. Day 2: Depart from Kathmandu and travel to Pokhara. The journey takes approximately 5 to 6 hours. Upon arrival, use some free time to explore Phewa Lake. Enjoy an overnight stay at a local hotel. Day 3: Make the 1-hour journey to Nayapul by private car or van, and then trek to Tikhedhunga. Enjoy an overnight stay at a tea house lodge. Day 4: Prepare for the long uphill climb to Ulleri, up 3,200 stone steps. Enjoy fantastic views of the surrounding valley and the Annapurna massif. Stay overnight in Ghorepani. Day 5: Hike to Poon Hill station early in the morning and witness a beautiful sunrise. Hike back to Ghorepani, and then to Tadapani after breakfast. Stay overnight at a tea house lodge. Day 6: Trek from Tadapani to Sinuwa reaching an altitude of 2,340 meters. Hike through a forest and cross a suspension bridge on a leisurely portion of the hike. Continue to Chomrong, followed by a short climb to Sinuwa. Stay overnight at a tea house lodge. Day 7: Start with an easy walk through the forest, followed by a climb up to Dovan at an elevation of 3,230 meters. Follow the trail through the valley towards the Himalayas. Finish the day at Deurali with an overnight stay at a lodge. Day 8: Depart from Deurali and climb up through the valley to Machhapuchhare Base Camp, where you will have an hour of rest. Then head to Annapurna Base Camp, located at an elevation of 4,130 meters. Stay at Annapurna Base Camp for the night. Day 9:  From Annapurna Base Camp, descend to Bamboo at an altitude of 2,340 meters. Stay overnight at a tea house lodge in Bamboo. Day 10: Make your way from Bamboo to Jhinu, which is located at an altitude of 1,780 meters. Stay overnight in a lodge. Day 11: Hike from Jhinu back to Pokhara, which is at an altitude of 1,640 meters. After breakfast, relax in the hot springs and then trek down to Nayapul, followed by a drive back to Pokhara. Stay overnight at a local hotel.  Day 12: Travel back to Kathmandu on a journey which takes 6 hours. Stay overnight in a hotel in the city. Day 13: Be dropped off at the airport for your flight departure.

4. Kathmandu: 10-Day Annapurna Base Camp Yoga Trek

Day 1: Arrival to Kathmandu Airport (1,345 meters) You will be met by your representative before being transferred to your hotel for a short brief about the trekking and some refreshments. That evening you will overnight at your Kathmandu hotel. Day 2: Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara On your second day you will travel for 5-6 hours to Pokhara by tourist bus. In the evening you'll have free time to self-explore around Phewa Lake, before spending the night at the Hotel Third Pole or similar. Day 3: Drive to Modktu (1,250 meters), Chhomrong Trek (2,170 meters) On your third day you will begin the trek from Siwai. You will travel in a shared vehicle for 3 hours to Siwai, traversing along the snake-line road via Naudanda, Nayapul, and Birethanti. The trekking route from Siwai to Chhomrong is very picturesque, and at the conclusion of the day you will stay at the Teahouse Lodge. Day 4: Trek to Himalaya Hotel (2,840 meters) Take a morning walk downhill to the river, before crossing a short bridge and heading up to Sinuwa, at 2,330 meters. This is a lonely spot with a few shops and nice lodges, and from there you can walk into the cool forested area of oaks-rhododendron and pines trees before taking a short steep descent to Bamboo. Bamboo is a small settlement with 5-6 lodges surrounded by bamboo trees which sits on the Modi River Gorge. Day 5: Trek to Annapurna Base Camp (4,130 meters) Today the trail continues steeply up to the Hinko Cave. You will soon begin a short descent before crossing a rocky moraine. Following that, a short climb will take you to Deurali. That night you will overnight at the Tea House Lodge. Day 6: Trek back to Bamboo (2,310 meters) Day 6 will begin with you observing the splendid sunrise from the Annapurna Base Camp. After breakfast, you will begin to descend. You will take a hike down to Modi Khola at Bamboo, which contains an elevation drop of 1,700 meters. That evening you will overnight at the Bamboo Tea House lodge. Day 7: Trek from Bamboo to Jhinu Hot Spring (1,780 meters) Jhinu Danda is the destination set for today. From Bamboo you will first hike up to to Kuldhigar, where the office of ACAP and the visitor center is located. The Jhinu hot spring is then 15-20 minutes downhill from Jhinu Danda. You can relax your tired muscles by taking a relaxing dip in the hot spring bathing pool, before your evening is spent at a lodge in Jhinu Danda. Day 8: Jhinu to Pokhara (1,640 meters) Today you can choose to go to the hot spring once more, before beginning your trek down to Nayapul. You will then drive back to Pokhara. where you will overnight at the Hotel Third Pole. Day 9: Drive back to Kathmandu On your second last day you will travel back to Kathmandu by tourist bus, a journey which takes about 6 hours. That evening you'll overnight at the Thamel Eco Resort or Skyline Hotel. Day 10: Kathmandu On your final day you will transfer to the international airport for your final flight departure.
