The guide was excellent and conducted the tour in English and French (for French Canadian tourist). He was very informative and humorous, and we learned a lot about the city, history, and various organizations in the city. The first half was a bus and city tour. The second part was a recorded tour on little train that wove through the old town. By the time we walked from the bus across a bridge to the little train, the rain had cleared. Whereas I originally imagined this would be more of a walking tour, it was a relief that we were in a bus during the rain.

Nice visit of the important points, with a stop at the level of the UN. Half bus, half small train, it's nice. The comments were more important in English and Spanish than in French, it's a bit of a shame. When visiting the old town by little train, there is no scheduled stop in front of the cathedral.
