Sylvia was an excellent guide - fun, hugely informative, able to discuss the art in broader historical context beyond Florence, and engaged late teens as well 50+. We all really enjoyed our visit and came out feeling we'd really learned and enjoyed our visit. Absolutely worth it, and she very generously gave us some more time as we hadn't got through the highlights.

Our guide was very engaged and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to spend a couple of hours with her and she made the whole experience very personal. She managed to present only interesting facts and tell the story of how art evolved in Florence. The added context of visiting the gallery with our guide made the visit worthwhile.
