Wir wurden pünktlich am Kreuzfahrterminal abgeholt. Wir hatten 2 Fahrzeuge (1 Guide deutsch, 1 Guide englisch) Wir haben viel gesehen und uns wurde viel erklärt. Nach der Schlittenfahrtankunft wurden wir schon erwartet. Dem Wunsch, dass wir außerplanmäßig in der Altstadt aussteigen wollten, war überhaupt kein Problem. Absolut empfehlenswert!
Tour Guide was excellent and could not have done any more (South African chap), splendid views in the mountains and drive is not for the feint hearted . We enjoyed the sleigh ride but slightly slowed down by a three man sleigh in front of us so a little disappointed as came to a stop a few times. Very much worth the money for the tour.
Lucy was a very knowledgeable guide and made our half day special. she pointed out the best views and where to go to get them as I cannot walk too far. She obviously knows and loves her island as it shone through her. We ended up being the only two on the tour which made it more personal and there was plenty of room in the mini bus.
Very knowledgeable and friendly guide, unfortunately he stayed with the vehicle so could not point out interesting sights. The toboggan ride was great fun however the drivers were whispering in your ear about tips even before the ride was over. However, all in all a good, great value, trip with just a couple of niggles.
Sleigh ride is super fun - highly recommend it! The tour further includes stopping at a couple of view points. Eira do Serrado is very impressive; the other one not so much but I guess it's also a matter of preference. The guide (Arthuro, I believe) was entertaining and created a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.
