Full description

Discover the center of Fuerteventura on a combined panoramic and trekking tour. Following hotel pickup (available from the towns of Corralejo, Lajares, Villaverde, and Cotillo), enjoy a short briefing from your driver, who will explain the itinerary and listen to your particular requests.

From Corralejo, drive for 5 minutes to the Sand Dunes Natural Park and admire the dunes that slide into the ocean. Take time to explore before a scenic ride along the eastern coast of Fuerteventura, passing through Puerto del Rosario and other small villages.

Stroll along the white shores of Sotavento beach, in the southeast of the island. Admire the beautiful lagoons and capture the best panoramic shots on the road across the central mountains to Pájara, a quaint rural town.

Stop for lunch in Ajuy, a picturesque fishing village, and try the local seafood. Visit the black sand beach or explore the exciting caves only a 30-minute walk away. Cross the Natural Park of Betancuria, the oldest part of the island which offers broad views over the Canyon of La Peñita.

Follow the winding streets of Betancuria, the first Castilian settlement in the Canary Islands and the ancient capital of Fuerteventura. Keep an eye out for the island's native birds such as falcons, eagles, hawks, and vultures. Finally, witness stunning views of the Tindaya mountain (also known as the "Sacred Mountain").

Totally loved the tour. The guide, Pepe, was extremely knowledgeable, his English was impecable and he answered all our curious questions. In addition they agreed to pick us up at our airbnb even though we were not in the pickup area mentioned in the activity description. Very attentive, very professional and extremely kind and helpful. Totally recommended if you want to see some beautiful sights and learn some valuable information about the island.

Amazing tour around the island, got to see so much and the guide Emmanuela was so nice and knowledgeable and made everyone on the tour feel comfortable, she also drove the minibus! We saw se.incredinle sites and on stops she would recommend where to have a drink/coffee or eat. The bus was clean and comfortable with aircon. I would recommend a good pair of walking shoes for the caves at Ajui! When I come back to Fuerteventura I would love to do another tour with Emmanuela, her passion and love for the island really shows. You visit many places including, corallejo sand dunes, Puerto De Rosario, sotavento beach, Pajara, Ajui, the caves, Betancuria and many other stops to look at the amazing views!

Great tour guide and well-thought out route! We enjoyed this a lot and saw most important places in Fuerteventura. The last 2/3 10 minute stops were making the tour guide long after being on the road for 7 hours which might be possible to skip, but other than that all amazing!
