They also will brief you thoroughly on the necessary safety and security precautions.  Then you board a comfortable boat for the trip to a site in the Islands of Lérins, in front of Cannes or along the Estérel in the direction of Saint Raphael where beautiful rock formations are found. The boat will be stop on a rocky bottom where you will be able to see and swim amongst the flora and fauna of the Mediterranean sea.
