Please switch on your mobile phone as soon as possible after your flight lands, so that your driver can contact you. After you have collected your luggage at the baggage claim, please pass through the sliding door/glass door to the reception area in your arrival terminal. The driver will greet you directly at the gate, after the baggage claim, in your arrival terminal with a sign with your name on it. In case you cannot find your driver, you should have received your driver's contact details by SMS. If you can't find your driver, please call the driver directly. Drivers monitor the arrival times of the flights.
