Julia was the most wonderful guide for our day trip to Pisa and Cinque Terre! She was fun, passionate and knowledgeable. She kept a lively pace and gave us a balance of time with her and time on our own. Julia also gave us great recommendations for food and activities in Florence. It was a quick stop in each location, but enough to get in some great views and photos! We did not realize when we signed up that the trip is recommended for 18-39 years, but as mid 50's we had no trouble keeping up and enjoying the day. Thanks so much to Julia for making this a truly fun and memorable day during our Italian vacation!!!!!

We started with a rough start as the majority of those on this trip arrived at the meeting point at 7am per the information- apparently this was not updated from last season so our guide showed up 40 minutes later. The guide, Elisa, handled the disgruntled well and got us all on track - we did have further delays due to a last minute rail strike which left us in Pisa for 3 hours - we only got to see 2 of the 5 towns in cinque terre - however despite these hiccups it was a wonderful trip!

Great time, great guide! Ned was super friendly, knowledgeable and easy to get along with. He provided us with a lot interesting historical background on all of the places we visited, while also providing straightforward and clear guidance on where to meet, ensuring everyone in the group was always accounted for as we moved from location to location. We were both really happy with with him as our guide and enjoyed the conversations!
