Very disappointing

The tour started out great. Very organized. When we got to the Academy of Fine arts, the guide stood by the magnificent statue of David for about an hour talking utilizing our time then she breezed us through the rest of the museum. She was very nice but seemed to lose interest in the couple of us who weren't going on to pisa with her. I turned for literally 3 seconds and she and the rest of the group were gone! I paid for my lunch for thr tour. Since she left me, I had to buy my own lunch. I went to the Duomo myself and climbed the incredible dome! Amazing! Then I found my way to the train station to get back to Rome earlier couldn't use my train ticket! I had to pay 50 euro for a ticket! This tour is not worth the money and time. I thoroughly love giving positive feedback and very rarely leave negative feedback. This tour just wasn't worth the money or time and it ended up costing me much more due to being left alone. It would be better to do it yourself and cheaper too!
