      It was a really insightful guide, with lots of stories along the way. Florence is super walkable, so it was easy to get around, and a nice way to see some focal points of the city too ahead of some self-exploration :) Also our guide was really lovely and made some recommendations for some local wine bars, which was great

      The tour company was disorganized; I had booked an English tour, one woman had booked an Italian tour, and a German family had booked a private tour in german. However, the company combined all of us. Luckily I and the other woman spoke German so it was fine. The German family was not at the time given a refund, as their tour was not private. However, the tour guide (Roxanne or something like that) went above and beyond! The tour itself was very interesting and an extremely useful introduction to Florence.
