Very knowledgeable woman who could tell us a lot. Unfortunately, she did not cooperate at Palazzo Medici and allowed all kinds of groups to go ahead, so we had to wait. The organization must reserve a time in advance. With the ticket we were able to enter later in the day.

It was only my family with the tour so we had all the attention. We didn't have to walk behind someone with a cane with ears so it made the tour a lot more enjoyable. Everything was arranged and prepared (young people / children need ID, this was not said in advance that would have been nice). The tour was interesting and full of fun facts. The guide was friendly and could answer all questions well. Through the tour you will see the city and the family very differently. Absolute must.
