Very good in general

I had no problem finding the tour guide, and the tour started promptly. It was certainly worth paying to skip the horrendous queues. The tour guide was lovely and knew her stuff! However, the tour had been advertised as being in English, and while the commentary (in English) was very interesting, the operators had allowed a Spanish-speaking person on the tour and therefore a lot of time was wasted by everyone else having to wait while the commentary was repeated in Spanish for that one person. This lessened my overall enjoyment of the occasion.

Tour was supposed to be in English but it was also in Spanish which was distracting. And there was an obnoxious person in the group that tried to take over from the tour guide. She handled it very well.

I thought I was purchasing a ticket to climb the dome. I was a little disappointed in the shortness of the tour but I received a lot of information that I did appreciate a ton.
