Cinque Terre was simply mesmerizing. The guide on the way there was both driving and talking (not as loud), and was a bit harder to understand, but as the tour proceeded he showed up to be quite caring and respectful of the group pace and speed. Also quite friendly and never hesitated to explain anything at his reach. Really enjoyed it. Only part I didn't like was on the way back, had to climb the hill to the van by foot, under the heavy sun and sweating like crazy, but I understand that it was somewhat necessary.

This trip is well worth it but you have to keep up a fast pace to ensure you meet the train schedules. Our guide, Edward, was very good with “herding” us around and did a great job as a guide too. There was a young woman, in our group, who obviously was interested in Edward and he did a good balancing act with her creeping in for more attention and tending to us. An exhausting day but worth every minute!

It was a great tour despite the huge number of about 60 tourists. The 3 guides did an incredibly good job keeping everyone together and informed. We covered a lot of ground for one day so it's a good value tour if you want to see all the towns of Cinque Terra. Everyone was nice, respectful and on time for the meeting points. A truly good tour.
