Depart after 10:00 AM and visit Santa Claus in his main office in Lapland. Discover a place where it is Christmas all year round. Have a private meeting with Santa Claus, and then send greetings to all your friends from Santa's Post Office.  Also, the Arctic Circle cuts right through Santa Claus's Village. A white line denoting the Arctic Circle, at its position in 1865, is painted across the park. You will officially enter the Arctic area when you cross the line. Delve deep into the wild of Lapland on this reindeer safari from Levi. You will be transferred from your hotel to the silence of a snowy forest, where the reindeer will be waiting for you in their tranquil winter surrounding. Throughout the program you will be told all about these wonderful creatures, and will also have the chance to feed them with lichen. Following that it will be time to climb into your sledge and enjoy a ride through the snow, with the reindeer taking the lead. The route is around 1.5 kilometers, and you will move at a sedate pace whilst listening to the rhythmic sounds of the reindeer's hooves on the snow. Following your safari, warm up with a hot drink and cookies by the fire, before listening as your guide tells you about the role of reindeer in traditional Lappish culture.
