Our guide, Lorenzo, was fantastic!! 2 members of our group needed to return to the bike shop after beginning the tour. Lorenzo escorted them back, and made sure they had everything they needed before returning to my husband and I. We had the best morning, gliding through the hills above Florence. We stopped at numerous places where Lorenzo explained the history of the area. He was extremely informative and we learned so much about the region. We have travelled to Italy many times and can surely say that Lorenzo was one of the best guides we have ever had!! Gabriel, at the bike shop, made sure we were completely comfortable before leaving. We felt very confident setting out for the morning. Don’t hesitate to book this tour, even if you are a novice cyclist!! We certainly will be booking again when we return to Florence!!

This was so much fun! We can’t wait till we’re home making pizza and gelato for our fiends. The setting is in the hills so beautiful with magnificent city views!! Chis is very knowledgeable Chef and helps you understand the process of making Gelato. With the right tools you can master this wonderful treat! The pizza chefs Arla and Tiziano are funny and very helpful in making the dough snd taking you through the process of making your own pizza. Tiziano showed Michael how to use the pizza oven and what tools he needs. Can’t wait to fire up our pizza oven! This should be on your list to do while staying in Florence!! Thank You! Michael and Ruth
