What people are saying about Fiesole

We had the absolute best time with Monia. She was such a lovely person that radiated when she talked about food. Her love of cooking and cuisine was contagious despite the language barrier. I would highly recommend her class to anyone wanting to learn to make pasta and have an authentic Italian meal. Highly highly recommend.

Really really lovely experience. Both hosts were incredibly welcoming, warm and friendly. They made learning to make easy and fun and the conversation was both interesting and enjoyable, never an awkward moment even though it was just myself. Highly recommend this for anyone who wants an authentic Italian experience.

Great experience the French guide was great and allowed us to visit the hills overlooking Florence, a great discovery with Italian driving. It is preferable to have already driven a scooter

Stephano was wonderful, very informative and made the hike an amazing experience. He brought us some yummy fresh baked pastries at our meeting point.

Stefano was a super guide. The experience he proposes is something different, definitely worth it !
