What people are saying about Fiesole

Our guide, Lorenzo, was fantastic!! 2 members of our group needed to return to the bike shop after beginning the tour. Lorenzo escorted them back, and made sure they had everything they needed before returning to my husband and I. We had the best morning, gliding through the hills above Florence. We stopped at numerous places where Lorenzo explained the history of the area. He was extremely informative and we learned so much about the region. We have travelled to Italy many times and can surely say that Lorenzo was one of the best guides we have ever had!! Gabriel, at the bike shop, made sure we were completely comfortable before leaving. We felt very confident setting out for the morning. Don’t hesitate to book this tour, even if you are a novice cyclist!! We certainly will be booking again when we return to Florence!!

Jacob (our English translation of his name) was our tour guide and he could not have been better! He was so patient with us as we tried to get used to riding e-bikes and was willing to alter the tour route for us as we were not very comfortable riding the bikes on the steep hills. We would do any tours with him as not only was he very kind and accommodating, he was extremely knowledgeable and taught us a lot about the Florence and Oltarno areas. Gabrielle at the bike shop was also wonderful taking his time to let us try several bikes til we found the most comfortable. Highly recommend this tour!

Recommended tour around Florence. Easily manageable for reasonably fit people. The e-bikes are easy to trade. We were lucky enough to be able to travel with Gabriele for two. He made this very informative and entertaining. We also felt safe at all times on the shorter piece of Florence traffic. Thanks a lot for this.

This has been the highlight of our visit to Florence. I didn’t want the ride to end! Gabriel is so kind, funny, and informative, and the bikes are excellent. The route is beautiful. We went to a rural are that we would not normally get to see. We can’t recommend this excursion enough.

We had a a wonderful few hours. It was great to see areas outside the city and Gabriel our guide was very knowledgeable and humorous.
