We had the absolute best time with Monia. She was such a lovely person that radiated when she talked about food. Her love of cooking and cuisine was contagious despite the language barrier. I would highly recommend her class to anyone wanting to learn to make pasta and have an authentic Italian meal. Highly highly recommend.

They made learning to make easy and fun and the conversation was both interesting and enjoyable, never an awkward moment even though it was just myself. My parents enjoyed it sensationally, the best present we could give you for your 60th birthday. You would have liked to have given 10 stars instead of five. Bill was awesome. Even the day after, you have no other topic. They would do it again anytime and recommend it to anyone.
