This was a great tour! We visited and saw so much, but it was also really well thought out. What our group particularly enjoyed was the balance between visiting historic monuments, churches in Evora with the beautiful views and the more leisurely pace of Monsaraz. Of course, visiting sites is only one half of the equation, with the other being the people you are with. Antoine was our tour guide and did an incredible job facilitating our tour. You can tell he is very passionate about history, and he presented all the information to us in a really comprehensible manner. He was a really enthusiastic group leader, and ensured that we were well taken care of. Overall, I have no hesitation in recommending this tour. Our group really enjoyed it!

We were a small group of 3 people. Had a wonderful experience with our guide, Philippe. He was knowledgable, charming and eager to please. The hour and 20 minutes of free time was spent on lunch and I missed not having the time to explore on my own (we could have had a quicker meal had it not been for the thunderstorm :) )

The trip to Evora with Felipe was excellent and even the very heavy rain we experienced did not spoil it. He was an exceptionally courteous and knowledgeable guide with a delightful sense of humour who made all aspects of the trip interesting and memorable. His lunch recommendations were very helpful.

This was an excellent tour!! We learned so much re the Cork Trees, Standing Stones. The City of Evora. Can not recommend it highly enough. Beautiful drive from Lisbon. One of the highlights of our trip. The Company manager even hand delivered some things we left in the van!! Great company!!
