My travel was cool. The drivers were mostly friendly and helpful except from one who mislead me and made me walk a lot, missing the red route. Actually, the fact that the station in Brusseles Central is no longer working is pretty bad, as it is close to the end of the blue route and they ought to stay close. On the other hand, sending me to a non-operating station was pretty rude. The trips were pleasant and on the blue route I had the chance to see much more than expected. Enjoyed a lot the stories in the earphones (English) , very warm voices and pleasant way to present things , histories, jokes. Lovely. I do hope the red route is as interesting as the blue one. Please make their stations somehow closer if not identical (ideally) , namely start route and end route stations. Charming to have transparent ceiling, to see the amazing architecture. As a suggestion, should you clean the windows, taking pictures from the bus would be an enchantment. Thanks for the chance to see the city

This was our second visit to Brussels, and really wanted to explore beyond the usual tourist hotspots. We decided to book a tour with Michael and we were blown away by how amazing it was! The questionnaire we filled out gave us the flexibility to choose where we wanted to go, and Michael took us to some really cool places. Sablon and Les Marolles were especially great! We loved soaking up the bohemian vibe and mingling with the locals! Michael even surprised us with a stop at his favourite chocolate shop! The chocolates there were so much better than the ones in the touristy parts of town. But the highlight was when he brought us to a charming little day market, where an old man sold fresh milk and waffles for only a euro. Let me tell you, those waffles were the best we've ever tasted! Thanks to Michael, we got to experience the real Brussels! We highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to explore the city's hidden gems, it was a truly fantastic experience!
