Luego, llega la hora de arremangarse y de poner a prueba tus habilidades culinarias con un taller interactivo de elaboración de pasta, con Nonna (abuela) Giuseppina, quien te ayudará mientras amasas y enrollas. Por último, deléitate con un plato de pasta con ingredientes del huerto de la fábrica, una auténtica experiencia de la granja a la mesa y una gratificante manera de terminar la visita.
