You will be picked up from your hotel or accommodation in Ensenada or the cruise ship dock between 9:45 AM and 10:00 AM, at which point you'll be taken to Valle de Guadalupe, where you will visit 4 spectacular wineries and a gourmet restaurant. Beginning at the oldest winery, you'll get to taste wine from a 90 year-old vineyard, surrounded by the most beautiful landscapes of Valle de Guadalupe. Afterwards, you will be transferred to 3 boutique wineries, all of them producing internationally acclaimed wines. You'll have the opportunity to meet the owners and wine makers, and to take a short tour in an underground cellar to learn about the wine making process. At the end of your tour, make a stop in a gourmet restaurant to have a late lunch, where you will enjoy the famous flavors of the Baja-Med cuisine of Baja, California. All wineries offer plates of cheese and appetizers, at an additional cost. Around 5:30 PM you will be safely transported back to your hotel or accommodation.

Travel through the countryside cheese and wine route on a tour of the Ojos Negros Valley, located one hour east of Ensenada. Visit a winery, discover a local lavender farm, and enjoy various tastings of local products. Your first stop will be at Infinito Winery, where you will be attended to by Pepe Pedrosa, owner and winemaker of the winery. Enjoy a tour of the vineyard and learn more about the world of wine. Next, make your way to Rancho La Campana, where you can taste artisan cheeses paired with quality wines and other craft products in the underground cellar at La Cava de Marcelo. At Rancho La Campana, learn about the Ramonetti family, who have produced cheese and dairy products since 1911. Get an inside look at the cheese-making process on a guided tour of their facilities. Later, head to the only lavender farm in Baja California, Aleyha Lavender Farm (available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). Once there, enjoy the heathland field with its beautiful colors and lagoons with ducks. Stop at the farm's store to shop artisanal and organic lavender-based items. 8. San Diego: 2-Day Wine Tasting Trip in Valle de Guadalupe

Discover Valle de Guadalupe and Mexico on a 2-day wine-tasting tour from San Diego. Enjoy an authentic Mexican breakfast at Correcaminos restaurant, and taste wine at 4 different wineries. Day 1 Meet your driver, then head to the border of the US and Mexico to go to the Valley of Guadalupe. Our first wine tasting in Quinta Monasterio. Try 5 wines: a white, a rosé, and 3 reds before exploring the nearby open area attached to a mountain full of boulders. Our second stop is at Adobe Guadalupe, where the archangels who take care of that vineyard will delight us with 1 white wine and 3 red wines of excellent quality. Enjoy a delicious meal of Morrocan food at Kous Kous. Try their specialty dish, tajine, while taking in a beautiful view of the valley. After the meal, check in to your hotel. If you like, go for a hike or relax with a massage in your room (not included). Day 2 Begin your day with breakfast at Correcaminos Restaurant. Enjoy authentic Mexican breakfasts such as Chilaquiles, refried beans, huevos rancheros, and mole enchiladas (breakfast not included). After you finish eating, head out for your first tasting of the day at Clos de Tres Cantos winery, owned by a philosopher. As you stroll through the winery, see how the monastery-like architecture and wines reflect the philosophy of the owner. Try wines called "Nothing," "Doubt," and "Resilience." Continue to Finca la Carrodilla winery, an organic winery. Taste a white, a rosé, and a red before strolling around the terrace and biodynamic orchid. Our instructors are professionals, certified instructors, and their many flight hours guarantee safety and fun during your stay in Ensenada. 10. Experience wine and gourmet cuisine in the Old Wine Route.

You will be picked up from your hotel or Airbnb in Ensenada, Valle de Guadalupe between 9:45 AM and 10:00 AM. During this 7-hour excursion you will be transferred to the Santo Tomas Valley on the Old Wine Route. Travel along Baja California's oldest wine route, located an hour south of Ensenada. Our first (1 hour) stop will be at Bodegas de Santo Tomas, you will have the opportunity to taste the labels of the Mexico line (included in the price) and learn more about the first wine producers in the region. Santo Tomas Winery founded in 1888 is the oldest in Baja California recognized internationally for its excellent wines. The winery where they produce the wine is off limits (it is the round building in the middle of the vineyards, designed by Alejandro D'Acosta. Then we will visit the renowned Casa Zamora winery of the first Mexican winemaker Laura Zamora with more than 45 years of experience making wines in Baja California and advises other wineries in Mexico. There you will have the opportunity to make a tasting of 5 wines accompanied by canapés (included in the price) of the gourmet cuisine of Chef Pedro Gómez de Zarcillo Restaurant with a style of cuisine "Mix", stands out between the Mediterranean, Mexican and artistic. You will be taken back to your hotel around 5:00 p.m. You will have bottled water and snacks during the tour.
